Clinical Requirement:

This is a written assignment not to exceed 5 pages in length but must be at least 2 pages.  It consists of two parts.  Yes/No answers are not sufficient. Identify the DSM Diagnosis you would give this patient. 2.). What diagnostic screening tool would you use on this patient to assess for alcohol use disorder?  Include the tool here (not just the DSM criteria) and answer it to the best of your ability for this patient.  Remember to include a diagnostic screening tool besides the DSM, not a withdrawal tool.  If you can't answer everything from the video, notate "not able to assess".  3.). What Labs would you order and why? 4.). Where would you say this patient is regarding readiness for change?   5.)  What are other possible psychiatric diagnoses present in addition to AUD and why do you think so?  Include only psychiatric potential issues and diagnoses here. 6.).  What Concurrent Physical Conditions would you assess for, and how would you assess them?  Include only physiologic potential issues here. 7.).
