Globally, mental health issues affect millions, making it a significant public health concern (World Health Organization, 2021). Early detection and intervention are crucial for effective treatment and better outcomes (McGorry et al., 2011). The primary objectives include increasing public awareness, reducing stigma, and enhancing understanding of mental health issues (Corrigan & Watson, 2002). Preventive measures and a focus on mental wellness are vital for maintaining good mental health (Corrigan & Watson, 2002). The social and economic costs of mental illness are profound, affecting community resources and services (APA, 2013). Mental health plays a critical role in family dynamics and interpersonal relationships (Corrigan & Watson, 2002). Strong community support and accessible resources are essential for addressing mental health challenges. Community members can support individuals with mental illness through empathy and understanding (APA, 2013). Promoting open dialogue about mental health challenges helps in destigmatizing these conditions (APA, 2013). Ensuring access to mental health services and resources is crucial for community health (World Health Organization, 2021).
