List 1 behavior, in your daily life, that puts you at risk for contracting a parasitic infection. Is there anything you can do to decrease the risk? If so, what? (2 points) 5. List 1 parasitic disease discussed in the video that is directly transmissible person-to-person. What are its symptoms? How is it transmitted? What precautions should be taken when caring for family members or patients with this transmissible parasitic infection? (4 points) 6. Describe 1 parasitic disease “success story” (i.e. prevention or global eradication of a parasite or disease) described in the video. What is the parasite? What disease/symptoms did it cause? Why is it a success story? What was done to prevent infection with the parasite?
