Please respond to the discussion below: The Affordable treatment Act (ACA), commonly referred to as Obamacare, was implemented in 2010 with the objective of enhancing healthcare accessibility, enhancing treatment standards, and managing healthcare expenses. Various provisions under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) have directly influenced the nature and administration of healthcare services provided to individuals. The ACA augmented Medicaid eligibility in states that choose to participate, so enhancing coverage for individuals and families with low income (McIntyre & Song, 2019).  The purpose of Health Insurance Exchanges is to create a platform where individuals and small businesses can buy health insurance plans. The ACA delineated a prescribed array of indispensable health benefits that insurance plans are obligated to encompass, encompassing preventative services, maternity care, mental health services, and prescription pharmaceuticals. This has an effect on the scope of healthcare services that are eligible for coverage under insurance policies.  The ACA include measures designed to enhance Medicare, such as eliminating the coverage gap in prescription medication benefits and introducing diverse payment reforms to manage expenses and enhance care coordination for Medicare recipients. The Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires insurance companies to provide coverage for specific preventative care, without requiring customers to pay any additional costs. This promotes an emphasis on proactive healthcare and timely identification of medical conditions (McIntyre & Song, 2019). The ACA allocates additional financing to bolster the growth of community health centers, which are vital in delivering primary healthcare services to marginalized groups. Together, these laws seek to increase healthcare delivery that is both affordable and of high quality, as well as to improve access to care.
