Identify stakeholders that will be impacted by the quality improvement project. 9. Identify and discuss resources including budget needed to implement the quality improvement project. 10. Develop an action plan for change including a proposed implementation timeline.   Submission Instructions: · The final project is to be 10 - 12 pages in length and formatted per the current APA, excluding the title, abstract and references page. · Incorporate a minimum of 9 current (published within the last five years) scholarly journal articles or primary legal sources (statutes, court opinions) within your work.
