Be specific and provide examples. 1. The proposed solution is the creation of a new wing to cater specifically to dual diagnosis patients who have both mental health and substance abuse problems. This population will benefit from a specialized approach tailored to them. The significant talking points of this proposal include the benefits of specialized care, (Arsufi, 2023; Minkoff, 2004) the potential for improved patient outcomes, the financial implications, and the overall business case for implementing such a solution. These points will be highlighted in the elevator speech to educate and convince decision makers of the importance and value of this new wing. It demonstrates our commitment to meeting the unique needs of our community and sets us apart as a leader in healthcare. This is in addition to making a significant profit that can further assist the existing facilities and improve our reach (Minkoff, 2004). In conclusion, by creating this new wing, we have the opportunity to make a tremendous impact on the lives of dual diagnosis patients as well as improve our facilities financial sustainability.
